Why Multi-family? Why now?

There is an exponential rise in the rental housing market driven by millennials who are the largest living generation on the planet. We take a deep, bottom-up approach to investing by understanding the property location at a street level and making sure exit pricing on a per unit basis and rental rates are already occurring in the marketplace for the selected investing area.
